IT Sourcer

Revenue AI is currently seeking a part-time Technical Sourcer to remotely support a cutting-edge technology start-up building innovative products. You will be part of a growing team that is working on AI based assistant and platform.


  • Drive activity such as sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates
  • Maintain candidate experience with transparency and quick feedback
  • Leverage all sourcing tools such as job boards, pipelines, social networks, referrals, and the internet

By joining us it would be an advantage if you are /have

  • Prior (1+ years) of experience of sourcing, targeting talent and using recruiting methods for IT skill sets
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with managers and candidates
  • Comfortable in a data driven environment and metric driven environment
  • Solid experience gained in software development company
  • Ability to prioritize work to be done
  • Be self-motivated, pro-active individual, comfortable working in fast paced environment
  • Familiar and comfortable with remote work environment
  • Appropriate English knowledge

Start date: ASAP
