HR - Recruiter

As HR Recruiter you will:

Strategize recruitment:

  • Craft job descriptions and recruitment mails/adds to attract candidates and advertise
  • Source potential candidates from various channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms, etc)
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms, Interview candidates, Prepare and distribute assignments. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Promote Revenue.AI culture

  • Organize, facilitate, and scale the new hire orientation experience to help assimilate new hires to our culture, business and benefits.
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

What you’ll need to be successful…

  • People oriented and results driven
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruitment experience
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Background in organizational development
