We seek a C# Full Stack Developer proficient in the React framework to translate concepts into robust, elegantly coded solutions. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, driving the entire product development process from inception to deployment.

Role overview 

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions. 
• Design client-side and server-side architecture. 
• Build the front end through appealing visual design. 
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. 
• Write effective APIs. 
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software. 
• Create security and data protection settings. 
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design. 
• Write technical documentation. 
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.
• Contribute to the development and integration of AI-powered features and applications, including working with LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, Agents and automation workflows

What you’ll need to be successful 

  As must-have: 

• At least 5 years working as a Full Stack Developer 
• Proven track record in development of production-ready web applications and APIs. 
• Backend experience and skills: C#, .NET, Entity Framework (> 4 years of experience) 
• Frontend experience and skills: React, design (SCSS), and able to create reusable elements. 
• Good understanding of database systems (e.g. PostreSQL) and proficient SQL  
• Experience with MS Azure or other cloud technologies. 
• Strong AI exposure is required: technical candidates must demonstrate hands-on, production-level experience building or deploying AI systems
• Proven experience building and shipping AI-powered applications using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.), including designing and optimizing prompt strategies and AI workflows in production systems. Solid experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), RAG architectures, and vector databases, along with the ability to evaluate model performance, reduce hallucinations, and implement robust safety and reliability guardrails.
• Fluent English 

As nice-to-have: 

• Experience with UI/UX design 
• DevOps skills (Azure DevOps, Azure App Services) 
• Component testing (Cypress)
