Chatbot Developer

We are looking for AI & Chatbot Developer who possesses a passion for turning vision into groundbreaking products for our clients.

 

Chatbot Developer responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing conversations and prototypes based on specific personas on unique industries knowledge. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with providing requirements for the developer’s team to implement the conversations and identify opportunities to implement conversation designs and training data. You’ll understand our clients through reviewing feedback and use this knowledge to feed developer team in continuous development of the virtual agent. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with product owners, consultants and engineers to gather and evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Creating training data as well as identifying intents and entities required for the conversation
  • Creating accurate flow diagrams and other related documentation to communicate the behavior of a complete conversational system
  • Defining conversational AI experiences that are creative, engaging and consistent in a channel-agnostic manner
  • Communicating with stakeholders, as well as providing consulting on chatbot implementation

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in conversation design and/or chatbot development
  • Knowledge of chatbot platforms and frameworks (experience in working with Microsoft Bot Framework is a plus)
  • Knowledge of NLU tools (experience in working with LUIS is a plus)
  • Experience in ML with fundamentals in NLP
  • Experience in .NET and Azure
  • Experience in API management solutions, with third-party libraries and APIs
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and tools
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in order to communicate with stakeholders and effectively communicate ideas
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time-management skills

 

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in generating textual narratives from data
  • Experience in designing chatbot personality
  • Familiarity with Python, Postgres SQL
  • Background in formal linguistics
