We are looking for young graduates / students who have some background in back-end development and willing to learn front-end to become full-stack developers. Frontend knowledge is a plus.

The opportunity is open for Belgrade and Budapest residents who are ready to work full-time. While this is a remote position, you will participate in on-site working sessions to facilitate teamwork and knowledge exchange. 

Role objectives:

• Develop and maintain back and front-end services
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and support the team.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Contribute to APIs development.
• Perform testing to ensure the quality of the code.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
• Assist in the design and implementation of database schemas and structures.
• Write technical documentation.
• Learn the relevant technology and contribute to front-end development
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
• Contribute to the development and integration of AI-powered features and applications, including working with LLMs, AI APIs, RAG, Agents and automation workflows under the guidance of senior team members.

We believe that you’ll enjoy this role if you are / have 

• A bachelor’s degree (or being a student) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar fields
• A strong desire and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies and gain new skills. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating effectively with remote team members across different countries. 
• Flexible and adaptable to constant changes and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where new challenges and opportunities arise daily. 
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a remote setting, setting goals and taking initiative to accomplish tasks. 
• Creative problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues independently and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. 
• Fluent in English. 

Nice to have:

• Experience building applications using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and integrating them into web applications, with basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and basic concepts of evaluating model outputs and implementing safety guardrails (e.g., hallucination handling, AI security).

Basic Technical skills:  

• Backend: Any OOP language, preferably C#, Java, C++
• PostreSQL, SQL   
• Frontend: React is a plus
• Cloud technologies.
