We are looking for a Cognitive Analyst to work with our clients to design, implement, and drive adoption of cognitive AI solutions. Our ideal candidate is a detailed planner, consultant, expert communicator, and a great analyst who is committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.
Role overview
- Design and execute interviews with potential and existing customers, identifying needs and opportunities, and helping to build tailor-made proposals,Â
- Prepare and perform customer presentations and demos,Â
- Design and develop the business architecture of Cognitive Solutions from a business functional perspective,Â
- Work with clients using an agreed methodology to translate business requirements to solution requirements,Â
- Define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans, and solutions),Â
- Identify new product/ Cognitive Solutions features required to satisfy customer needs, and collaborate with the product team to develop those,Â
- Leverage SQL/data skills to configure the Cognitive Solutions to meet the customer needs (e.g. translate end-user requirements into a conversation logic implemented further into a cognitive data agent/RAI Copilot),
- Run the quality checks before the solution deployment to end-users,
- Design and run end-user trainings,
- Help customer drive adoption of the cognitive solutions among the end-users and convert the usage into business value. Â

What you’ll need to be successful
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence consulting or related fieldÂ
- Proficiency with SQL language (focused on DML / data querying for BI and data analysis purposes)
- Proficiency with at least one of the popular BI tools (Power BI and Tableau preferred)Â
- Excellent skills in creating business documentations (e.g. plans, reports, process flows, user journeys, etc.) Â
- Experience in creating detailed reports and strong presentation skillsÂ
- Familiarity with Cognitive Services (i.e., Azure native LUIS, QnA Maker, others)Â is a strong plus
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics ecosystems is a plusÂ
- Experience with data cleansing and data modeling is a plusÂ
